WBN Launches CityCast™ — The First SignalCast Module

We’re beginning the rollout of the SignalCast system with the launch of CityCast™, the first module in the series. CityCast is a real-time civic and business intelligence dashboard designed for each of our news platforms. Instead of focusing only on traditional articles, it surfaces the signals shaping a city—local policy decisions, development activity, infrastructure changes, business openings, and other economic indicators.

The system will initially be operated by our first AI employee, Meridian, which will continuously monitor community signals across Langley, Vancouver, and Delta, powering a 24-7 stream of local intelligence.

Our first live test environment is the Vancouver CityCast Terminal, where we will continue developing and refining the platform.
