If you were anywhere near Kitsilano this weekend, you probably noticed something…

Kits Fest was in full swing.

Four days of sports, skating, community, sunshine and that unmistakable Kitsilano energy.

And it got me thinking…

This is one of the reasons I love Metro Vancouver real estate.

We don't just sell homes here.

We sell lifestyle.

It’s grabbing a coffee and walking to the beach.

It’s an impromptu evening on the seawall.

It’s knowing your neighbourhood has a summer festival, a farmers market, a favourite little restaurant and a community that actually feels like a community.

It’s why a home isn't simply about the number of bedrooms, the square footage or the price per square foot.

Where you live matters.

And while I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, I certainly haven’t been quiet behind the scenes.

I’ve been watching the Metro Vancouver market closely — looking at the numbers, listening to buyers and sellers, and paying attention to what is actually happening neighbourhood by neighbourhood.

I’ve been watching, listening, negotiating, analyzing—with close attention to what buyers and sellers are actually doing.

And here’s what I’m seeing:

The market is not one-size-fits-all.

There is opportunity for buyers.

There are challenges for sellers.

And in both cases, strategy matters.

So as we head into the second half of August, I’m looking forward to sharing more of what I’m seeing in our market — along with a little more of the city, and lifestyle that make Metro Vancouver such an incredible place to call home.

Real Estate Is About More Than Real Estate.

It’s about where you live, how you live, and the life you’re building there.
